CICERO DAY CAMP 2021
Cicero Day Camp 2021 will run from June 28 through Aug 6 for a total of 6 weeks. The camp day will start at 8:15 and run until 3:15. Cicero Day Camp is for youth ages 5-12. Kindergarten completion is a requirement. When registering you may sign up for one week, all six weeks, or any combination of weeks.
- Week 1-June 28-July 2
- Week 2-July 6-9. This is a shortened, 4 day camp week which will be pro-rated accordingly
- Week 3-July 12-16
- Week 4-July 19-23
- Week 5-July 26-30
- Week 6-Aug 2-6
Registration for Cicero Residents will open online on April 20 at 10:00 AM. Registration for non-residents will open on April 26 online at 10:00 AM. We will not hold a walk-in registration this year; however, you are welcome to schedule an appointment if you prefer to register and submit camp forms in person.
When registering online or in person you will need the following forms
- Combined Registration and Medical Authorization form (see forms below)
- Current Immunization Record
- Proof of 2020-2021 previous Kindergarten enrollment if you are registering a 5 year-old.
