Our Parks Crew:
This crew covers so much ground (LITERALLY!!) all 200+ acres!
They do everything from maintaining our 8 parks, 7 cemeteries, 3 park n rides, Senior Center and our Teen Center. They also strive to ensure safety as a priority for our community. They work hard maintaining our athletic fields, building structures, cutting trees, mowing/plowing and assisting us in all our Special Events and Community Events! Their job description is endless and we are forever grateful to have such great teammates who love this community and what they do!

Teresa Roth, Director of Cicero Youth Bureau, Parks & Recreation
Teresa has been active in the Recreation field for over 30 years. She served as Director of Parks & Recreation at North Syracuse for 14 years prior to becoming the Parks & Recreation Director for the Town of Cicero in 2020. Teresa strives to ensure that all community members have the opportunity and access to quality, leisure activities. She has a heart to enrich and preserve our Parks and works collaboratively with local Youth Leagues and community organizations. She recently accepted CNYRPS' Exceptional Park Design award for the Cicero Splash Pad. She is active on a number of boards/committees with the goal of enhancing the Greater Cicero community. Teresa enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time with her family and Tucker, her Golden Retriever.
Linda Adams, Recreation Program Director
Linda has been our Recreation Program Director since 2018 and is a NYSRPS Certified Park and Recreation Professional. She enjoys providing programs for youth and adults through collaborating with individuals and organizations in our community. In 2021 she won the Young Professional Award from CNYRPS (Central New York Recreation and Park Society). She currently sits on the CNY Recreation and Park Society board as treasurer. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, crafting, baking, and spending time with family.
Jessica Soulier, Office Manager/Staff Support
Jessica is a Cicero resident and enjoys serving and being an active part of her community. Like many of us in our department, her job entails endless tasks and she thrives when given new challenges. Jessica works closely with our Parks Crew, our Senior Center, Teen Center and our Parks Director and Program Director. She is the behind-the-scenes administrative support that keeps the department running smoothly! In her free time, she spends time with her husband, children (and two pups) gardening, hiking and camping.
