Virtual Pilates With Purpose-Mornings

PWP begins with a mindful meditation and transitions into subtle movements that begin to "wake up" the body through stretching and yoga poses. The remaining class focuses on Classical Pilates mat excercises. Kelly will incorporate new Pilates exercises each week. No experience necessary and modifications will be made for all levels of experience.

Note:

Pilates With Purpose will meet virtually on Tuesday mornings from 10:30-11:30. Classes will begin on Jan 19th and run through Feb 9th for a total of 4 weeks. Your instructor will send you a zoom invitation before the start of the first class. You will need a mat for this class.
