Snowmobile Rides for Families with Special Needs

The Annual Snowmobile Rides for Families with Special Needs Children is coming to Cicero!

The Cicero Youth Bureau, Parks & Recreation in conjunction with Rob Bick (Town of Clay) and the South Bay Fire Department, will be hosting our 5th annual Snowmobile Ride event! This event will take place on Saturday, March 7th 2026, at South Bay Fire Department from 10:00 AM-Noon.

This event is designed to allow children with special needs and their families to experience one of NY State's favorite winter pastimes in a controlled, safe fashion with experienced riders. Riders will have the opportunity to joyride, on a snowmobile, as they go through the fields around South Bay Fire Station located at 8819 Cicero Center Rd, Cicero.

FREE for families/children with special needs. A parent or guardian must be present. Please note: you only need to register one person in the family. You will be asked the total # of attendees from your family in the registration process.

If you are looking to volunteer and have a snowmobile, or the ability to tow a sleigh, you can volunteer your time for a good cause. All snowmobiles must have current registration and insurance. You can contact Rob Bick, Assessor, to volunteer sleds at 652-3800 x 116.
