Join Coach Mo, a certified coach with five seasons of experience, for a comprehensive Skills & Drills Camp designed to help young athletes develop confidence, teamwork, and fundamental flag football skills in a positive and encouraging environment.
This camp welcomes players of all backgrounds — from those interested in trying flag football for the first time to those with game experience looking to sharpen their skills.
Participants will focus on:
• Flag pulling techniques and defensive positioning
• Throwing and catching fundamentals
• Agility, speed, and coordination drills
• Offensive and defensive concepts appropriate for all levels
• Teamwork, sportsmanship, and game awareness
Coach Mo’s goal is to help each player build a strong foundation in the sport while having fun, gaining confidence, and developing a love for the game.
